Solo Training gives you unlimited gym access and a personalized program built around your goals. After a quick goal-setting session, you’ll train on your own schedule—drop in when it works for you, follow the plan, and keep progressing with expert guidance behind the scenes.

Cancellation Policy
Solo Training Booking Policy: Solo Training bookings help us manage gym capacity and ensure space is available during your reserved time. You’re welcome to stay longer if needed, but continued access to space or specific equipment after your booked time isn’t guaranteed. There are no cancellation or rescheduling requirements for Solo Training.
