Refund Policy - the basics
Refund Policy: All purchases are final. Unless a charge was made in error (such as billing after a confirmed cancellation or duplicate processing), payments are non-refundable. Unused or forfeited sessions, class credits, memberships, or access time — including those affected by late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals — are not eligible for refunds. Any account adjustments are handled in accordance with the specific policies of the purchased membership or package.
